Katy Parsons
Practice Director, Senior Physiotherapist I founded Optimise Physio in 2010 with the aim of introducing a holistic style of physiotherapy to Hawke’s Bay. Not a day goes by where I don’t see the enormous impact that stress and lifestyle factors play in illness and pain, which is why I have spent the last ten years immersing myself in Mind-Body Medicine. In my day-to-day work, I most enjoy spending time with my clients; getting to know them and understanding how they tick and how best I can help them with their needs. I am not afraid to talk to you about your nutrition, your fitness goals, the worries that you may be having or anything else for that matter! Outside of work, I am a busy Mum of two boys. I love to keep fit in the garden and running the Hawke's Bay trails. |
Louise Coughlan
Clinical Director, Senior Physiotherapist I oversee clinical outcomes at Optimise Physio ensuring that we continue to get the very best results for our clients and to stay ‘top of our game’. I am an avid learner and enjoy nothing more that researching and learning the very best ways to help people get out of pain, recover from injury and return to living a full and active life. What I most enjoy about my work is being able to take a broad approach when it comes to helping my clients achieve success by addressing the key factors impacting their condition- be it nutrition, sleep deprivation, high-stress levels, incorrect or incomplete injury education and management, or lack of fitness and conditioning. When I am not at work, I am a passionate piano player, love long-distance chats with my Irish whānau, and enjoy exploring the Hawke’s Bay trails. |
“Love their service! The best ever!!!”
